    填表说明：各部门（个人）根据工作的耗时程度，紧急程度，重要程度等方面把月度工作分成AB两类，A 类为重点工作（指工作量重，进度要求紧的工作任务，例如绘制PCB板，代码编写等），应集中资源，保证优质按时完成，比重不超过当期重点工作的40%；B类为次重点工作,应按时按质完成。
